Shipping policy

Wall Murals

We offer FREE international shipping for all orders.The total delivery time includes the production time, which depends on the time of your order and shipping time to the destination country

All of our wallpapers and wall murals are produced and shipped within 2-3 business days. During the holiday season, production time is 2-5 business days.

Fine Art Prints

Our standard production time is three (3) business days. Our prints are then carefully packed in mailing tubes to ensure protection, while keeping shipping costs reasonable. Prints will arrive in 3-8 days from ordering, though for Alaska please allow for one more day en route.

Dahlia Tubers

Our tubers are shipped early to mid-April to avoid freezing during shipment. The tubers will be packed in wood shavings or vermiculite for protection and insulation. We are not liable for freezing during shipping.

Anemone Corms, Ranunculus Corms, Peony Roots

Corms ship twice a year to avoid potential freezing en route. Fall shipping window: September-November. Spring shipping window: late February-May.

DH Merch

Most orders are shipped within 2 - 7 business days after submission. Fulfillment time may vary by order. We cannot guarantee precise delivery dates.

Everything Else Shipping (*not specified above)

We ship once a week, typically Mondays. Please note, we are a small operation and set aside specific packing and shipping days. Because of this we cannot ship early or adjust our shipping dates. We are not liable for poor handling. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns. However, if you do not receive your order or experience any issues, please reach out to us and hello@thedahliahouse.com within 48 hrs of product arrival.

International Shipping

At this time, wall murals are the only products we can ship internationally. Due to constantly changing international shipping regulations, we do not currently offer shipping outside the U.S. for dahlia tubers, roots, corms, or seeds.
