Mix with sand and direct sow in late summer/early fall by sprinkling seed and sand mixture over the surface of your dirt for blooms the following spring.

Can be started inside 8-10 weeks before planting out in the spring. Poppies have fragile root systems and don’t like being transplanted so be sure to be gentle with them when replanting.
